What is your return policy?
Not in love? No problem! Any item that is new, unused, and in the condition it was when purchased with original tags attached and packaging intact is eligible for return within 14 days of its ship date. The return must be post-stamped within 14 days of the ship date to be eligible for a return. When our team receives your return, a refund will be issued in your original form of payment and a restocking fee of $6 will be deducted from your return amount. No shipping fees paid by the customer will be refunded. Any items returned outside of the 14-day term will be issued to you as a merchandise (store) credit. Items that are special ordered will only be returnable for merchandise credit. All international orders are final sale and all customs/duties/fees are the responsibility of the purchaser. All items included in the Cyber Sale are final sale, no exceptions.
How do I make a return?
Need to ship an item back? Reach out to us via the "Contact us" page to receive a return authorization from our team. Once our team provides your return authorization, you will receive a shipping label from us. Pack up what didn't work (items must have original tags attached and be unworn), affix the shipping label on the outside of the package, and drop it off with USPS or leave it in your mailbox to be picked up by USPS.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes! If you ordered an item that wasn't quite right and you'd like to exchange it for another item or size, email us and we'll provide exchange instructions. No exchanges will be accepted after 14 days past your ship date of the original item.
